Well hello everyone and welcome to photo mommy's blog. I will try not to be to boring so here I go..
My name is Nicole and I have 3 handsome baby boys, well they are not exactly babies anymore. Logan is 7, Landon is 4 and Lukas is 2. I wanted to start this blog simply for sharing my thoughts on mixing my job as a mommy and a photographer (not a pro) I just do it because I love to do it. I am a working mom so I don't have to much time to myself or free time so I will write blogs as much as I can. I have a full time job at a pregnancy aid center and in training as a labor doula. So I guess I can talk a little bit about me, I am originally from Norfolk, VA born 1983 and from there just lived all over. I wont really go into my personal life to much but I am very happy with how my life is right now and that is all you need to know about that. Everything I do is always for my boys, working hard and giving them what they need is very important to me. As far as my photography, I have been snapping pictures pretty much as soon as I learned how to use a camera. I just love it and it's what I do. I realize there are a lot of people out there calling themselves "photographer" and it seems to be the growing trend. I do agree that after proper school or training then you can call yourself "pro" as for me I am not a pro by any means but I do call myself a photographer. I don't "sell" my photos I "sell" my time and effort. The camera I currently use is a Nikon D5100 and I LOVE IT! So that is me in a nut shell, I have kids and I take LOTS of pictures of them and enjoy it. That is why I call myself "photo mommy"
